How to order:
You may send me a DM on instagram or an Email to discuss your order.Process:
I will send you an email confirming the commission and the details I’ll need to begin your commission. I will reach out once I have got a sketch to show you. I will send you sketches, final line work, coloring and rendering. Each stage needs approval before I move on.Delivery:
I will send you an email with high-resolution file(s) of your commission. This includes PNG and JPG. You may request other formats if needed.Terms of Service:
Please read this before commissioning me. By ordering a commission from me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms or service.Payment:
Prices are in USD. Once we’ve discussed the details of your order, I will send you an invoice through PayPal for payment. A payment of 50% of the invoice is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose to cancel later. Full payment is required by the due date on the invoice, delaying payment will delay the commission. Any extra charges during the commission is required to be paid in full before I send the final files to your email.Other Information:
The time it takes to complete your commission will depend on complexity, change requests, other works and life. While you are on my schedule, this is an estimate on my schedule. Your secured spot is in my queue. While I do my best to estimate by month, the month I schedule for is not a guarantee for that month. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for completion on book covers. You may request for a hard deadline BEFORE paying for your commission. Hard deadlines need to be a specified date. While I do my best to make accommodations and be flexible, hard deadlines may not be accepted after payment. Hard deadlines after payment will have an extra fee of 30% of your order.
Once your commission is finished, you will receive an email with the proper high resolution file(s). Usually PNG and JPG unless other forms are requested.Revisions and Response Times:
From sketch to final, each stage will have 2 opportunities for changes.I will not move forward with your commission without approval. Failure to respond in a timely manner will delay your commission.Reasons for extra charges and delays may include: more than 2 changes per step, changes made to an already approved step and delayed response more than 2 weeks.Copyright and Usage:
I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights and intellectual property over the commissioned artwork.I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms or allow me to do so.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio unless other arrangements have been made.You may upload the commissioned artwork online.You may not make profits from the commissioned artwork unless you have my consent.You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.Personal commissions may not be used for commercial use.Cancellation and Refunds:
You are being charged for my time, expertise and filling a spot in my schedule, therefore:There will be no refund once I begin.If you cancel the order before I begin, you may receive a 50% refund (of the total invoice, booking fee nonrefundable).If for any reason, I am not able to start your commission, you will receive a refund.Refunds will not be issued due to missed deadlines that weren’t given at the time of ordering.Invoices 2 weeks overdue will be pushed back in my queue unless otherwise discussed ahead of time.Unpaid invoices (booking fee hasn’t been paid) will be cancelled within one week from invoice date and I will require full payment upfront if you choose to order from me again.
